Ingredients:
- 2–3 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar (white vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or crushed
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp paprika (optional, for topping)
- Fresh dill (optional)
Instructions:
- Slice cucumbers very thinly.
- Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10–15 minutes to release water.
- Squeeze out excess liquid from cucumbers.
- In a bowl, mix vinegar, water, sugar, and garlic.
- Add cucumbers and mix well.
- Let it chill for 15–30 minutes for better flavor.
- Sprinkle paprika and dill on top before serving (optional).
