Ingredients:
- 250 g egg noodles
- 1 small cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and cook until softened.
- Add the shredded cabbage and stir well.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is golden and caramelized.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss until well combined and heated through.
