🧾 Ingredients
- 500 g mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp flour
- 750 ml vegetable or chicken broth
- 250 ml milk or cream
- 1–2 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Sauté onion in butter until soft.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release liquid.
- Stir in paprika and flour.
- Slowly add broth, stirring to avoid lumps.
- Simmer 10–15 minutes.
- Add milk or cream and soy sauce.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Serve hot, topped with fresh parsley.
