🧾 Ingredients
- 2–3 cucumbers (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2–3 tbsp vinegar (white or apple cider)
- 1–2 tsp sugar
- 100–150 ml water
- 1 clove garlic (optional, crushed)
- Pinch of paprika (for topping)
- Sour cream (optional, traditional in some versions)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Slice cucumbers very thin.
- Sprinkle with salt and let sit 10–15 minutes.
- Squeeze out excess water.
- Mix vinegar, water, sugar, and garlic.
- Pour over cucumbers and mix well.
- Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
- Serve cold, sprinkle paprika on top (optional).
