🧾 Ingredients
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g ground walnuts
- 200 g butter (softened)
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Optional topping:
- Powdered sugar
- Apricot jam (for sandwiching)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and ground walnuts.
- Add butter, eggs, and vanilla. Knead into a soft dough.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes.
- Roll out dough and cut into shapes (or small rounds).
- Place on a baking tray.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool completely.
- Dust with powdered sugar or sandwich with apricot jam if desired.
