🧾 Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 200 g butter (cold)
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
Filling (choose one):
- Apricot jam or
- Ground walnuts + sugar + milk
For topping:
- Powdered sugar
👩🍳 Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, butter, egg yolk, and sour cream into a soft dough.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll out and cut into triangles.
- Add filling at the wide end and roll into crescent shape.
- Bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
