🧾 Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 200 g butter (cold)
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
Filling:
- 150 g ground walnuts
- 80–100 g sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
For coating:
- Powdered sugar
👩🍳 Instructions
- Mix flour, butter, sour cream, egg yolk, sugar, and salt into a soft dough.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
- Mix walnut filling ingredients until a thick paste forms.
- Roll dough thin and cut into triangles.
- Add filling and roll into crescent shapes.
- Bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes (do not overbrown).
- Cool completely, then coat generously in powdered sugar.
