Ingredients
Layers:
- 6 egg whites
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g ground walnuts (or almonds)
- 1 tbsp flour
Cream:
- 6 egg yolks
- 200 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 200 g butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (or flour)
Topping:
- White chocolate (melted)
- Dark chocolate (for decoration)
Instructions
- Beat egg whites + sugar until stiff.
- Fold in nuts + flour.
- Bake thin layers at 180°C for 8–10 min.
- Cook milk, sugar, yolks, vanilla, and cornstarch until thick. Cool.
- Beat butter, mix with cooled cream.
- Layer cake with cream between each sheet.
- Cover top with white chocolate and decorate with dark chocolate.
- Chill 4–6 hours before serving.
